Hudson Valley Rowing

Rhinebeck Crew raced with a limited team as many of our rowers had conflicting
academic priorities. However, the team performed well, highlighted by the
Lightweight Mens 4 finishing first in their qualifying race and third in the finals.

Row for the Cure
It was a beautiful morning for racing as we supported breast cancer research efforts at this festive regatta! Rhinebeck showed well in many races highlighted by our two Mens Varsity 4 boats coming in 1st and 2nd
respectively. Our Womens Varsity 4 boat also captured 1st place! Many other Rhinebeck boats also qualified for medals by placing 2nd or 3rd. View Full Results
Farewell to Our Seniors
It was also the last day of high school
rowing for our five departing seniors: Emily Entner, Theresa Melvin, Isabel Murray, Alex Selchert and Sabrina Shih.
We wish them well as they head off to
college and to pursue what we know will be bright futures. But mostly we thank them for their leadership, competitive spirit and their support for their teammates over the past four years. We hope to see them all back as alumni rowers at Row for the Cure next year!
We look forward to seeing everyone at our year end banquet this Sunday, June 11 at 4pm at the Poughkeepsie Boathouse!
